Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We do not offer refunds only exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your reason(s) for exchange and any photo evidence to support your claims.
Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to not offer an exchange if we believe the claimed defect or damage is not within reason.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
