How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on your location and the level of shipping you choose. When you check out, my store will access live shipping rates from a variety of carriers and display them for you to choose from.
As a general guide the shipping options are as follows:
- Overnight (only in the US, includes tracking)
- Express (1-3 Business days, includes tracking)
- Standard (3-5 business days, includes tracking)
- Economy (5-10 business days, includes tracking for domestic US orders, no tracking for international)
- No rush (10-20 business days, no tracking, only for international orders)
How long will it take to receive my merch?
Including fulfillment (the time it takes to create your merch) and shipping times, this can range anywhere between 5-20 business days and again, depends on where you live. One thing I do ask is to please be patient - I am a small independent content creator, so my store can't compete with super fast shipping of huge companies like Amazon.
My store utilises a print-on-demand fulfilment company located in the US - which means it will take a few days to create the product you purchase before it ships out. The good thing is that it's made as it is purchased and not mass produced!
This helps me save on inventory costs (i.e. I don't have to pre make thousands of shirts and store them in a warehouse) and because they are located in the US, it means cheaper (and faster) shipping times for the majority of my viewers (most are located in the US).
What currency are your prices in?
All prices on this website are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) but you can convert the currency using the drop down menu in the top right of the screen.
Do you have coupon codes and how do they work?
Yes! I have a limited time coupon for those signed up to the mailing list. Sign up and watch your inbox for when I announce special discounts throughout the year. For the best discounts, sign up to my Patreon page.
To use them, simply apply the coupon code at checkout. And please note you can only use one coupon code at a time, they can not be stacked (i.e. you can't apply multiple codes for one transaction).
Do you accept returns?
We do not do refunds but exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be granted if products are damaged, defective or misprinted on arrival (and are not damaged due to personal usage or mistreatment).
I do not offer returns for buyers remorse, wrong sizing or failing to fill out address information properly. So please make sure you are absolutely certain before hitting the buy button.

What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
First, please get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Failing that, send me an email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check your shipping address is correct.
